We are looking for aAT&T Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist to help expand our new partnership with AT&T. TheAT&T Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for promoting telecommunication solutions to communities throughout the Dallas region in an effort to increase our client s brand awareness, new customer acquisition, and sales performance metrics. You are also responsible for staying up-to-date on services, pricing information, and industry competition to maintain a competitive edge for our clients.
Our newest campaign is unlike any other. As theAT&T Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist, your ultimate goal is to conduct exciting presentations and generate new leads for our clients.
AT&T Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Master our sales systems and procedures through classroom-style training and one-on-one mentorship
- Deliver compelling and informative presentations to homeowners on a daily basis about the benefits of our client s telecommunication service options
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community events
- Gain a deep understanding of our client s telecommunication service offerings and solutions including service speeds, promotions, and other business oriented solutions, to effectively educate and inform potential customers
- Walk customers through the sales process including service enrollment, pricing, and expectations
- Identify telecommunication sales opportunities through repeat business and referral opportunities to increase sales metrics
AT&T Lead Generation & Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, account management, or applicable customer-facing role
- Strong self-management capabilities and networking skills
- The willingness to learn various pest control services in order to become an incredible asset to the client and partake in expansion opportunities
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to build rapport with all personality types
- Efficient and effective problem-solver
- Must be well organized with effective time management skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
