The Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist is responsible for generating leads on behalf of a primary Telecommunications company in the United States : AT&T. As the Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist, you will source quality leads by meeting with local businesses. By having a business-first approach, the Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist is able to determine which option is best, based on the customer’s interest and available options in telecommunications solutions for their businesses . Based on these leads, the Entry Level AT&T Sales Specialist will introduce potential customers to the Sales Management team, all while remaining part of the sales cycle, for added support to the customer.

- Generate leads by focusing on the benefits and value for the customer and business
- Communicate the myriad of options and features of telecommunications products and services
- Provide customer-first service in every interaction while remaining sincere and genuine
- Be the example of a professional by maintaining a professional image and positive attitude
- Efficiently communicate leads with the Sales team, by maintaining a high level of focus, competitiveness, and staying organized
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices
- Track and measure key performance indicators in order to deliver valuable information back to the lead generation team as well as our clients
- Identify ways to improve outreach and lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement
