As the Entry Level B2B Client Service Specialist your primary role is to engage with potential customers directly in a business setting, promoting our client's products or services and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our clients, building relationships and creating a positive brand impression for them local to the Dallas area.
Responsibilities :
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest level
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers and tailor your presentations to address specific customer needs and concerns
- Be able to effectively explain how the products / services meet customers' needs
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's products or services offered in order to drive sales initiatives
- Submit daily or weekly reports to the sales manager, detailing progress and results
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Provide accurate and persuasive information to alleviate concerns and encourage a positive response
- Conduct all interactions in a respectful and professional manner, adhering to company ethics and values
