The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for generating leads on behalf of one of the premier Telecommunications companies in the United States. As the Lead Generation Manager, you will source quality leads by meeting with local community members and determining their interest level in Telecommunications and home remodeling options. You will introduce potential customers to the Sales Management team while remaining part of the sales cycle as support.

- Generate leads by focusing on the benefits of the products and the value of the Telecommunications
- Communicate the features and benefits of Telecommunications products and services
- Provide sincere and genuine service to all customers
- Possess a professional and positive image and attitude
- Perform and operate with a high level of focus, competitiveness, and organization
- Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and outreach practices
- Create outreach tracking methods to deliver valuable information back to the client
- Receive daily reporting to identify ways to improve outreach and lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a business-related field is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of Customer service, brand ambassador, or sales experience - Bonus if you have direct sales experience
- Strong passion for giving back and making a difference for local businesses
- Desire to gain hands-on sales experience including territory management, lead generation, and relationship development
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Natural leadership skills with high energy and a results-oriented mindset
