Three Flamingos Agency is working with a loving and fun family to find them an amazing, part time Nanny!

Days: Monday-Friday

Time: 7:30- 12:30, however this can be flexible for the right candidate. Guarantee of at least 25 hours/week.

Pay: $25-30/hr, but potentially flexible for the right candidate, depending on experience (this is a W-2 position)

Children(s) ages: Boy (15 months). There are other children in the home ages 6 and 3, however primary care will be for toddler boy as they are in school.

Description:

A sweet and fun loving family is working with Three Flamingos Agency to find them a long-term Nanny for their family.

Mom and Dad are both busy professionals. Mom works from home, but will be occupied while Nanny is with the toddler. The family has 3 children, ages 6,3, and 15 months, however the older two kids are in school/camp, so the nanny will only be responsible for the toddler boy. They would ask that the nanny is able to watch the older children if they were home from school for a holiday or sick day. The family is seeking a Nanny who can work Monday-Friday, 7:30-12:30, but might ask for occasional flexibility with hours. They would also love to be able to use their nanny for date nights every now and then. The family is a loving family (Mom is very bubbly and has a great personality!) and would love for their nanny to genuinely be passionate about working with children and their development. They are still very close with their former nanny and would love for their new nanny to feel like an extended member of their family as well. Their little boy loves doing all things toddler- from playing outside and reading books, to playing with trains and trucks and laughing! Mom is safety cautious, so would prefer that nanny and child stay at home and play until Mom is a bit more comfortable with Nanny and child going out and about for activities. This would be a wonderful role for a former stay at home mom or young grandma. The family envisions being able to use this candidate for at least a year before their son goes to school. . The Nanny would be responsible for all infant and toddler care duties such as helping collaborate with Mom to create a daily schedule, feeding, changing, assistant with potty training, creating stimulating opportunities that assist with developmental, physical, and emotional growth, and helping children to achieve all milestones. Nanny must have fantastic communication skills and be able to collaborate alongside Mom on a daily basis. The family is looking for a team member and would love for a nanny to be able to share feedback and work collaboratively for the betterment of the children. Candidate will be given ample PTO, reimbursement for gas, as well as guaranteed hours. Extra hours are available if desired.

Duties of this role would include, but are not limited to:

- all aspects pertaining to childcare

- laundry

-meal prep and cleaning up of any messes made throughout the day-transporting children from school and to activities

-maintaining the overall cleanliness of the common areas of the home

- ensuring the absolute absolute safety and well being of the children

- working collaboratively with family to ensure that children’s care goals are being met

Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation.

All candidates must:

- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role

- have a valid and clean drivers license

- be able to pass a comprehensive background check

- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity

- have at least 3 years of childcare experience

- have CPR certification or be willing to become certified
