Days: Monday-Friday; Sunday (Sundays until August 2025)

Pay: $28-35/hr, potentially flexible for the right candidate

Description:

A busy return family of Three Flamingos is seeking a part time Family Assistant/Nanny to help with their household!

Mom and Dad are busy professionals and are parents to a sweet 4 year old girl. They are seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant who could work Monday-Friday and Sundays as needed. The schedule for this position would be Monday-Thursday, 1:30-6:30, Friday 1:30-9:30 and Sundays 9:00-6:00. They do have some flexibility when it comes to weekend hours and usually will not need you for the entire Sunday.

They are able to guarantee at least 40 hours of work per week and might be able to increase hours for the right candidate. This schedule will only be used until August 2025.

Their family will be increasing by two in August and September! Mom is pregnant with their second child and they have also hired a surrogate who is pregnant with their third baby. The family will be hiring an additional nanny to help care for the “twin-blings” once they are born.
The schedule for this position would change to Monday-Friday 9-5 once the babies are born to help assist the other nanny with the babies from time to time while their older daughter is in school.You must be okay with working alongside another Nanny throughout the week.
This position’s primary role is to care for their 4 year old daughter and house management duties. This candidate would not be responsible for full time care of the babies.

Their daughter is in school full time, so nanny would have ample time to do house management duties prior to school pick up. Their daughter is an active, happy four year old who enjoys arts and crafts, swimming, playing and really interacting with her nanny. Their former nanny had a very special relationship with their daughter and they are hoping to find another nanny who loves her just as much! Their former nanny is also happy to speak with candidates as she has such wonderful things to say about them.

Dad does work from home, so candidates must be okay with collaborating with parents from time to time.

Candidate will be given ample PTO, reimbursement for gas, as well as guaranteed hours. Extra hours are available if desired. Some weeks will require overnights as well, as parents do travel for work. This position has an immediate start date, but can be flexible for the right candidate.

Duties of this role would include, but are not limited to:

- all aspects pertaining to childcare

- laundry/dry cleaning

-meal prep and cleaning up of any messes made throughout the day- running errands-helping schedule appointments-transporting child from school and to activities

-maintaining the overall cleanliness of the common areas of the home

- ensuring the absolute absolute safety and well being of the children

- working collaboratively with family to ensure that children’s care goals are being met

Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation.

All candidates must:

- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role

- have a valid and clean drivers license

- be able to pass a comprehensive background check

- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity

- have at least 3 years of childcare experience

- have CPR certification or be willing to become certified
