Three Flamingos Agency is working with a young, busy family to find them a long term nanny/house Manager!
Days: Monday-Friday; Sundays
Time: Monday-Friday, 2:00-6:00; Sundays, full day
Pay: $30-35/hr, but flexible for the right candidate, depending on experience
Children(s) ages: Girl (20 months)
Animals: Dog
Start Date: ASAP, but flexible. Ideally by mid February

Description:
A young family is working with Three Flamingos Agency to find them a long-term Nanny/House Manager for their family!
Mom and Dad are busy professionals and are parents to an active 20 month old girl. They are seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant who could work Monday-Friday, 2:00-6:00 and Sundays (full day). Not every Sunday will be required, however they would prefer a candidate who doesn’t mind being available.
Their child is in school daily until 3 pm. During the hours without the child present, candidate would be responsible for House Management duties such as light cleaning, laundry, errands, meal prep, organizing, and helping Mom with daily tasks as things come up. At 3 PM, child would need to be picked up from school and brought home or to afternoon activities. Their daughter enjoys being active and would love to play with her nanny after school and before the evening bedtime routine! The family is very focused on finding a Nanny/House Manager who has experience working with children of toddler-preschool age and being able to run a household efficiently and with little guidance. They value longevity and would love to employ this candidate for years to come. The family sees this role as an extension of them and would love for their nanny to feel like a part of their family for years to come. This is a long term position with the opportunity for growth in the future. Candidate will be given ample PTO, reimbursement for gas, as well as guaranteed hours. Extra hours are available if desired. The opportunity to travel is available, but is not required for this role.
Duties of this role would include, but are not limited to:
- all aspects pertaining to childcare
- laundry
-meal prep and cleaning up of any messes made throughout the day- running errands-transporting children from school and to activities
-maintaining the overall cleanliness of the common areas of the home
- ensuring the absolute absolute safety and well being of the children
- working collaboratively with family to ensure that children’s care goals are being met
Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation.
All candidates must:
- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role
- have a valid and clean drivers license
- be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity
- have at least 4 years of childcare experience
- have CPR certification or be willing to become certified
