Three Folds Care Inc. is seeking full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals that have a passion for caregiving. We are located in MONTGOMERY, AL : 4525 Executive Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36116
Candidates must be dedicated, professional, compassionate, and demonstrate patience for working with individuals that have intellectual disabilities and behavioral problems. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver's license (or State ID); High School Diploma (or GED equivalent), be willing to undergo criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to the people served in their daily activities, including assistance with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and engaging atmosphere in group home settings.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living and promote their independence.
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role within outpatient or inpatient settings is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others in need of care.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including lifting and moving patients safely.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
