Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead HVAC Installer at Three Guys AC in Clearwater, FL. The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems on various residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification and Maintenance & Repair experience
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant HVAC certifications or licenses
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
