Recruiter - Security Door-to-Door Sales Team
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing security door-to-door sales team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales talent who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including utilizing job boards, social media, and networking.
* Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
* Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, sales aptitude, and motivation.
* Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process, including paperwork, training, and assigning mentors to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Performance Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the recruiting process and identify areas for improvement.
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their specific needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
* Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent and create a positive employer brand.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a sales or field service environment.
