We are seeking an Automation Engineer to join our team! You will be responsible for the design and development of intelligent systems and industrial systems control.
Responsibilities:
- Create and improve automated systems and processes
- Support the installation of both mechanical and controls upgrades
- Conduct cost-analysis to determine advantages of system improvements
- Research and implement new machinery and controls
- Coordinate with specialist departments on the mechanical design of smart devices
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
Qualifications:
- University degree in Engineering, Automation and Robotics / Computer Science or Equivalent. If the required engineering degree is not present, the incumbent is having the proper knowledge and is able to fulfill the technical competencies for this position.
- Understand and knowledgeable about:
- PLC Programming - Rockwell Studio 5000 Logix Designer
- Computer technologies, Database system and technology
- OPC Unified Architecture
- Advanced computer programming languages (e.g. C , C#, Java, Python…)
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of information technology, industrial automation, operational technology.
- Proven experience in delivering digital solutions and leading digital transformation in manufacturing.
- Experience in conducting Digital FAT and SAT, verifying Data Integrity of OT systems, and integrating with IT systems.
- Experience in maintaining digital standards for operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process control, Automation, Robotics with machine to machine, machine to system communication, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Data Collection Systems, Data Contextualization and Industrial Internet of Things solution (IIOT) as well as Vendor management
- Knowledge about Computerized System Validation, cyber security and Industry 4.0. technology like cloud and edge computing, real time analytics is a plus
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
