Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.01 depending on experience

Position Purpose:
The primary purpose of your job position is to coordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the individuals receiving services’ assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the Assisted Living Director.
Essential Functions:

Organizational Responsibilities:
- Adhere to, support and promote St. Francis Health Services’ Mission and Core Values, philosophy, goals and objectives while conducting company business.
- Responsible for the delivery of mail to individuals receiving services and update contact labels.
- Mail out invitations to special events and care conferences.
- Train, direct, and provide guidance to volunteers.
Individuals Receiving Services Care Responsibilities:
- Follow the infection control policies and other policies during Activity groups/functions.
Individual Responsibilities:
- Perform 1:1 and group activities with individuals receiving services.
- Create monthly Activity calendar.
- Scheduling of staff and/or volunteers.
- Scheduling of activities out of the building.
- Conduct Individuals Receiving Services’ and Resident Council Meetings.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provides some direct care support as a Resident Assistant.
