Position: Assistant Dietary Manager
Schedule: Dayshift Monday-Friday (75hours per biweekly pay period) with some weekend assistance as needed.
Hiring wage range: $22.00 - $25.00 depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Summary: The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and assisting the Culinary Manager with the overall operation of the culinary department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, governing our facility, Must assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the culinary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Preferred Qualifications: Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM).
