St. Francis Health Services of Morris is seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Community Engagement to elevate our presence in the communities we serve. This role will play a vital part in the planning, marketing, and execution of community initiatives. The Director of Community Engagement will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and Fund Development and community leadership to create and implement tailored community engagement plans for each of our locations, supporting occupancy growth, fundraising, and overall visibility. The pay range for this position is $49,779 - $98,991 DOE. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, with regular travel to St. Francis Health Services communities for events, meetings, and projects.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in event planning, volunteer coordination, and community partnership development
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities

Education and Experience

• 5 years of experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or a related field.
• 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on community outreach or engagement preferred.
