This role will play a vital part in the planning, marketing, and execution of community initiatives. The Director of Community Engagement will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and Fund Development and community leadership to create and implement tailored community engagement plans for each of our locations, supporting occupancy growth, fundraising, and overall visibility. The pay range for this position is $49,779 - $98,991 DOE. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, with regular travel to St. Francis Health Services communities for events, meetings, and projects.

- 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on community outreach or engagement preferred.
