Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Three Links Health Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate resident care and required documentation according to established policies, procedures, and standard of practice. This may include directing personnel, fostering teamwork, and contributing to the facility goals and mission.

Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Minnesota. A certificate in CPR and Heimlich is required. Experience in medical, surgical, mental health, or geriatric nursing is preferred. You should have excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Ability to use computers and electronic records, good communication and customer service skills, and ability to demonstrate good judgment and observation skills are also essential.
