Job Description:
This LPN role is responsible for coordinating resident care and required documentation according to established policies, procedures, and standard of practice. May assume some responsibility in directing personnel. Must foster teamwork and contribute to the facility goals and mission. The LPN Nurse will also ensure that services follow current regulations and standards.
