Role Scope
Creates Media Plans based on inputs provided by the commercial team and ensures that the plan is executable. Understands supply and availability, working cross functionally with commercial, supply, and yield teams to execute media plans in a timely manner. Becomes the SME for media planning at our company.

Role Summary
Join the our company team as a Media Planner who works collaboratively with our sales team to build out client proposals. Day to day, you'll work closely with our team of Account Executives (AEs) to interpret RFPs and briefs and develop comprehensive media plans that meet client objectives.
Success in this role requires a background in digital marketing with specific experience in CTV. If you're adept at aligning advertising messages with client goals, researching media trends, and determining optimal media mixes, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
Collaborate with AEs to understand RFPs / briefs and gather necessary details including budget, flight dates, target audience, KPIs, geo, historical brand info, attribution window, and overall campaign goals.Develop data-driven media plans by analyzing historical campaign performance, including inventory, audience targeting, and other key factors that have driven advertiser KPIs. Utilize this data to recommend effective media strategies, such as suggesting inventory or genres that have historically performed well for similar campaigns.Act as a liaison between AEs and the internal supply team to translate RFPs into thoughtful inventory or audience requests by addressing frequency caps, deal IDs, device types, geos, and target CPMs to ensure recommendations align with advertiser KPIs.Track subsequent campaign performance to understand the impact of targeting and inventory choices on overall campaign success and adjust future strategies accordingly.Provide input to product marketing, ensuring sales teams receive realistic and actionable information. Champion split testing to develop insights and work with product marketing to disseminate findings across different advertiser verticals.Ensure proposed campaigns align with client or company objectives.Research the current media landscape and stay updated with the latest media trendsHow We'll Define Success

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with an agency, vendor, or brand direct.3 years analytical experience in digital marketing analyticsProven experience in building out proposals and strategy for digital marketing initiatives.Strong understanding of CTV advertising.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Able to work effectively within deadlines.You May Also Have
