Part Time Days - Every Other Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) | 8 am-4:30 pm
Pay minimally starting at $16.50/hour! (Based on experience)

If you love creating wonderful experiences for people, interacting with all kinds of individuals, greeting callers, helping transport and deliver items to residents, and carrying out clerical tasks, we'd love to meet you! Three Pillars is seeking a Concierge for our main desk at the Masonic Center for Health & Rehab - every-other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 8am to 4:30pm.
As Concierge, you'll act as the face and voice of Three Pillars on our main phone line and at our Main Street buildings. Your top priority will be providing top-notch customer service to residents, families, and guests who call or come to the building. You'll be a true team player, providing valuable clerical and receptionist support for the building, handling tasks such as package and delivery distribution, photocopying, helping transport residents to church or activities, and more.
No two days are the same as a Concierge - we can't wait to welcome you to the team so you can write your own story!
What will I do as a Concierge?
- Warmly welcoming and assisting visitors with our sign-in kiosk and process, opening the doors, providing directions, and answering questions.
- Helping with deliveries to resident apartments (packages, flyers, etc)
- Assisting residents with activities and tasks such as signing up for programs or outings on our online portal, providing reminders or transportation to and from on-campus programs, assisting residents with day-to-day needs that are not care-related, and more.
- Communicating regularly on the phone and via Microsoft Outlook email and calendars
- Providing administrative/clerical support for the building and coworkers that may include managing the digital display screen in the lobby via our content system, updating lists or collaborating in shared files, creating guest lodging or room reservations, and more.
- Light housekeeping in common areas
- Helping with breakfast and launch meal service in dining rooms.
What is required in the Concierge position?
- Minimum education, certification and/or licensure. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Physical requirements: Sit, stand, bend and push frequently. Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds occasionally. Ability to walk throughout building as needed on a daily basis.
- Read, write, and speak English fluently. Good problem solving and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently.
- Prefer 2-3 years' experience in an office setting or the hospitality industry.
- Computer knowledge: Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC computers
