Part-Time House/Commercial Cleaner

Three Pines Cleaning is hiring a part-time cleaner for our residential and commercial clients. We provide all cleaning supplies. Availability is needed every Friday from approximately 9am to 2pm, Saturday afternoon/evening for approximately 3 hours for cleaning at a small restaurant/cafe. These cleanings are located in Gray, South Portland, and Cumberland Foreside. There is potential for more work in the Freeport area as well. Freeport would involve daytime M-F house cleanings and a weekly commercial clean during the afternoon/evening. Without Freeport cleans the position is around 7 hours per week.

This makes a great, well-paying part-time job for some extra money!

• Cleaning and/or restaurant experience is great but not required.

Each cleaning generally includes but is not limited to:

• Dusting
• Disinfecting surfaces
• Bathrooms (Mirrors, counters, sinks, toilets, showers, floors, replenishing paper towels and toilet paper)
• Kitchen appliances, cleaning commercial sinks
• Moving small furniture in order to clean in, around and behind areas
• Sweeping/Vacuuming (reaching under furniture)
• Mopping - lift and empty mop buckets (up to 40 lbs.)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and empty a mop bucket (approximately 40 lbs.)
• Ability to push/pull vacuum cleaners, mop, etc.
• Comfortable working with cleaning products
• Ability to carry a vacuum/cleaning supplies up and down stairs

We are looking for someone who is thorough, attentive to detail, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Must have a reliable vehicle, driver's license, and be 18 or older to apply.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
