Location: Johnston, IA 50131
Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (may vary for training/holidays)
Job Description:
- Respond to complex customer inquiries via calls/emails.
- Provide guidance to customers/dealers on enrollment activities.
- Resolve escalated issues, assist less experienced staff, and conduct training.
- Navigate scripts, validate data, and document interactions.
- Handle contract, legal, and tax conversations.
- Manage dealer/customer requests through ticketing systems.
Experience:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, OneNote, and navigating complex tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred:
- Customer/dealer-facing experience.
- Knowledge of software licensing models and precision tech.
- Cross-functional experience (sales, legal, data, etc.).
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
