Description
Major Purpose
- Performs basic product design, testing, and / or analysis work for a defined portion of a project.
- Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews.
- Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.
Major Duties
Carry out activities under senior colleagues' guidance to support information analysis, process steps, plant, machinery, and equipment required for manufacturing or materials processes.Contribute to feasibility testing to provide feedback and validate design.Support drafting engineering standards / specifications and evaluating effectiveness.Conduct inspections under supervision to assess engineering works' quality and integrity of installations or structures.Identify shortcomings in processes and apply change management programs.Work within an established project management plan.Develop personal capabilities through training, development plans, and industry education.Collaborate across professional teams to provide seamless support.Maintain high-standard technical / user documentation and ensure file backups.Skills, Abilities, Knowledge

Product Verification & Validation Engineer
Specific Position Requirements :
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.A Product Verification & Validation Engineer ensures that prototype components and machines meet durability and performance requirements during key stages of the Product Development Process.
Duties :
Determine appropriate tests for new designs and develop new tests if needed.Lead root cause investigations and data gathering when prototypes fail tests.Apply mechanical / electrical engineering expertise to assist design engineers.Participate in design reviews, gather data, and design tests.Develop customer understanding and plan tests reflecting real-world usage.Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and data streams.Communicate effectively with technical professionals across job roles and locations.Clearly convey technical and non-technical information to peers and leadership.Prepare test setups and execute activity tests efficiently.Business Case :
Current project workload requires an additional engineer in the PVV Planning / Reliability Engineering group to support planning / execution of virtual analysis, lab testing, and prototype field testing for the Turf Care group.Position Title :
