Per Diem Receptionist Opportunity

At Three Rivers Behavioral Health, a 129 bed facility located in West Columbia, SC, we never forget that patients are people -- people with potential, who can have better relationships and live more productive lives.  For those who seek a secure environment, healing, hope, treatment, and recovery, Three Rivers is the first place for a second chance.  Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adults.  Our outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions. Three Rivers Behavioral Health currently has a Per Diem, Receptionist position available.

Primary responsibilities include answer telephone, screen and direct calls; provide information to callers; greeting patients and family, checking them in and out in a fast paced environment and providing service excellence to everyone.

Looking for candidates who have open availability. Hours can include 8am-5pm, 5pm-9pm, and weekends 8-2:30 or 2:30-9.

Qualifications

The requirements for this position are:

Education:  High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience:  Prefer at least at least one year experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

Other:  Effective communication skills; college level reading, writing, and mathematical skills; sound business English usage skills; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; pleasant, clear voice with good enunciation; warm outgoing personality, with the ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds including those in crises; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment;

Salary : $25,900 - $32,800
