Three Rivers Hospice in Jefferson City is actively seeking a competent Registered Nurse to case manage hospice patients. The Registered Nurse (RN) in hospice assumes full nursing responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care in collaboration with other professionals and implements treatment strategies that promotes physical, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual well-being for each hospice patient. Adheres to and supports the policies, procedures, goals, objectives of hospice in an attempt to assure quality patient care.
