Job description
Three Rivers Hospice is actively seeking an RN for management and coordination of the Hospice office located in Mountain Grove, MO. The role of the Hospice RN Coordinator is to provide leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental goals and objectives and to provide for professional growth and development of staff through identification of needs and encouraging educational efforts. The individual for this position will also be responsible for seeing all information on charts, care plans, medications and treatment sheets are updated and correct. Hospice RN Coordinators work with all members of the interdisciplinary teams and attend all Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings every two weeks. Medical Specialty: Hospice & Palliative Medicine
Physical Setting: Nursing home
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Medical documentation: 1 year (Preferred), Case management: 1 year (Preferred), Hospice & palliative medicine: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: RN License (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
