Compensation: $18.13 - $22.97 - New hires will be placed at Step 1 through 9 dependent on prior contracted educational experience. Employees in qualifying positions will receive a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision and will receive contributions to their PERS retirement accounts. Qualifications: Proficiency in computer skills. Ability to exercise careful judgment, diplomacy and confidentiality in performance of duties. Good communication skills-both written and oral. General office/clerical skills. Good knowledge of Business English, spelling and punctuation. Excellent telephone skills a must. Excellent public relation skills in working with students, staff, parents and the general public. Ability to remain calm, but act quickly in emergency situations. Able to relate well with all kinds of high school students. Skills testing may be required.
