Job Announcement
Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill a Seasonal Natural Resources Technician - Water Resources Laboratory at our Field Operations Center in Plymouth, MN. This position is responsible for assisting in a laboratory setting and operating lab equipment to determine the concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, chlorophyll, bacteria and other assorted analytes. Also responsible for collecting beach and / or well water samples to test for bacteria, data entry and compiling lab results. Other tasks may include : collecting water quality samples on lakes and streams and assorted other tasks. This is a six month seasonal position.
SALARY RANGE : $18.00 - 22.00 / hour

Essential Duties and Qualifications
High School Graduate or Graduate Equivalency Degree (GED) and at least one year of experience or related training OR any combination of education and experience equal to the above. Bachelor's degree in related field and previous laboratory experience preferred. Must possess a valid class D Minnesota Driver's license
