Day Porter / General Laborer
Location: Main office in Export, PA 15632

Entry level position with a successful, growing services company. There is an opportunity for increased responsibilities and advancement. There are two functions for this job, Day Porter duties and Laborer duties. Overtime hours are usually available. This position may include but may not be limited to the following duties:
Day Porter: will use a company vehicle to service retail and commercial locations around the city.
- Safely operate a company vehicle during your workday.
- Navigate Porter Routes to multiple property sites daily.
- Deliver top notch services at each property as designated on the route.
- Monitory, Empty and reline trash cans.
- Using pan and broom to clean sidewalks and parking areas.
- Monitor and clean property perimeter and grassy areas of trash and debris.
- Utilize mobile applications to document work in some cases.

Identify and document issues on properties such as.
- Abandoned cars, parked tractor trailers, any damage to the buildings, graffiti, parking area lights not working.
Laborer: In this capacity you will be responsible for helping the day-to-day mechanics operations by keeping vehicles and the shop clean as a Wash Tech while also aiding in any general maintenance requirements in the mechanics' shop.
Standard hours for this position will be Sunday - Thursday - 6:30AM - 2:30PM. Days and times may be flexible if necessary.
