Position Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks in support of Department, Division, Branch, Section, and Project requirements.
- Perform scheduling and organizing of meetings, events and conferences including conference rooms and other spaces required to implement the activity.
- Support the preparation, request, and submission of travel related documentation until approval to include travel orders, vouchers, visit requests, passports, and other required documentation and authorizations needed for travel.
- Monitor Government personnel training status including delinquencies. Delinquencies shall be reported to the appropriate managers via email or regular scheduled meetings.
Position Requirements:
- US Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Active Secret Security Clearance preferred.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) or Associate degree (preferred), plus two to five (2-5) years of professional experience providing administrative and managerial support.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills, testing may be required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
