Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports for management review and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Experience
- Familiarity with night audit processes and front desk operations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
