Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional Dining Experience by making every single guest feel welcome upon entry. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional Dining Experience by making every single guest feel welcome at the door
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Introducing guests to their server
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Cleaning and sanitizing Guest touch points in the restaurant
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
