About the Role :

As a Front Desk Attendant, your main responsibility will be to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a crucial role in creating a favorable impression of our organization. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by greeting owners / guests, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate areas and operating the elevator software. By effectively managing the front desk operations, you will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our establishment.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome owners / guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Operating elevator software to allow floor access to guests and vendors.
  • Skills :

    In this role, your communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive owners / guests experience. Your organizational and multitasking abilities will enable you to efficiently manage owners / guests needs. Additionally, your problem-solving skills will be valuable in addressing owners / guests concerns and resolving any issues that may arise. Finally, the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations will contribute to your success in managing the front desk operations.
