**Job Description**
We are seeking an outgoing and friendly candidate who is passionate about hospitality and has excellent communication skills. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with various requests such as restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for local attractions.
You will also serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests to enhance their overall experience.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual skills are a plus
