Three Wire delivers practice, preventative, and integrated care coordination to private and public sector employers. This position is contingent upon contract reward.
Job Summary :
MRT-TCS, Program Management Office (PMO) SME
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Serves as the Army Resilience Directorate’s Subject Matter Expert, providing resilience and performance consultation expertise directly to the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) HQ in Arlington Virginia.
- Provide input for all training development, implementation, evaluation, and redesign of the MRT-TCS Program.
- Briefs and advises DPRR HQ on the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement as it relates to current and planned curriculum and programs.
- Conducts and attends external meetings, conducts site visits, communicates program metrics to stakeholders.
- Participates in program update briefings.
