MRT-TCS, Project Manager (ARD, HQ, Arlington, Virginia)
Overview : The Master Resilience Tainer (MRT), Training Center Support (TCS) Project Manager is responsible for the program management, curriculum development, course instruction, course evaluation, targeted training, and various training to include resilience and performance training, and administrative support for Ready and Resilient Performance Centers at 35 installations in CONUS and overseas. The Project Manager is responsible for delivery of enhanced performance training to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families, and Department of the Army (DA) civilians. Services include instruction in the areas of resilience, positive p sychology, and performance enhancement; as well as Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness (DPRR) headquarters support.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the performance of work, compliance and quality control.
- Serves as a principle point of contact with the Government and assists in the management of operations across all installations.
- Ensure the recruitment, training, and retention of a qualified workforce.
- Ensures staff provides high quality customer service and performance services to all clients.
- Attends and assists with external meetings, conducts site visits, communicates program metrics to stakeholders, supervises courses, and manages travel.
- As required, supports a weekly program update briefing, and maintains updated training calendars for all training centers.
- Prepares contractor required reports and administrative documents.
