We offer a flexible work environment with a blend of onsite and remote opportunities.Position Details Hours : Flexible on hours Contract to hire : Contract role (No guarantees on a FTE role) Location : Onsite for training (1-2 weeks); Onsite 6 times a month post-training Equipment : Pick up or ship : Either Interview Process : Zoom interview Ideal Start Date : August Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Experience : 1-3 years' experienceKey Responsibilities Work with the client team and clients to collect on past due invoices under general supervision Collaborate with Cash Application and offshore Collections teams Assist with the development, implementation, and documentation of procedures and process improvements for collections and reporting functions Collect outstanding invoices while maintaining client relationships Provide feedback and guidance for offshore Collections team members Perform analysis and reporting on past due client trends to identify risk and root causes of non-payment Collaborate with onshore team members to develop process efficiencies Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX proceduresQualifications 1-3 years of collections, finance, or related experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Intermediate proficiency with MS ExcelPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Prior reporting and project work experience Attention to detailTechnical Skills Microsoft Suite Outlook ExcelSoft Skills Attention-to-Detail Self-starter - Own market responsibility Good Communication SkillsThis role involves a heavy workload with a focus on Accounts Receivable, primarily through email communication.
