Note: This position is not related to the installation or support of desktop PCs, laptops, printers, or similar equipment. It focuses on power equipment management and data center operations.

Overview: We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst (Associate) to join our team in York, PA. The ideal candidate will need to report daily to the IROB location at by 7 AM EST and will primarily support hardware installations in the field.
Key Details:
- Rate: $42 per hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday, varied day shifts, 40 hours per week
- Travel Required: Candidates must have a personal vehicle for travel across 11 counties. Mileage will be reimbursed based on IRS standards, starting from the main office.
- Operate and maintain systems at multiple data centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems to uphold high-quality service focused on patient care.
- Conduct inspections and verify compliance with regulatory standards in network closets.
- Assist with security monitoring and respond to alerts regarding environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with other IS personnel for data center needs and customer support.
- Experience: 5-7 years in IT facilities support, specifically for data centers.
- Skills: Understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, particularly HVAC systems; Microsoft Visio experience is a plus.
- Education: Minimum of 3-6 months post-high school technical training.
- Mostly sedentary work with occasional standing or walking.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs may be required.
- Subject to interruptions and may involve irregular hours.
- Local candidates preferred due to the need for daily onsite presence.
- All travelers must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with exemptions considered.
- Position may require entry to areas with COVID-19 patients.
