Job Overview:
ThreeScore Agency is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Factory Workers in the Madison area. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the production of high-quality goods for our clients. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic work environment. Great hours with 4 day work week and off on Friday, Saturdays and Sunday. Full time and part time hours available on all shifts.
Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a factory setting to manufacture products according to specifications.
- Assemble components or parts to form finished products.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing process.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on challenges.
