As a Franchise Executiveat USA Insulation, you will be the cornerstone of the brands success, driving growth, fostering a winning culture, and supporting franchisee satisfaction. This position is your opportunity to lead a high-performing, fast-growing business with immense potential.

• Oversee and drive franchisee successin a brand with a proven track record.
• Work at the highest leadership level, shaping strategy and operations.
• Partner closely with Threshold Brands' Shared Servicesto deliver world-class support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute brand strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets (75% tactical, 25% strategic).
• Collaborate with franchisees to maximize unit economics, satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the key liaisonbetween franchisees and Home Office leadership.
• Implement operational best practices, KPIs, and scalable systems for success.
• Partner with franchise development and sales teamsin the discovery and onboarding process.
• Lead and coach franchise support teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Analyze P&L statements and provide actionable solutions to improve financial performance.
• Oversee brand-specific initiativesand champion innovation in customer service and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING

• 10 years of leadership experiencein franchising and/or service industries.
• A proven ability to drive growth, manage P&Ls, and improve franchisee satisfaction.
• Strong management and coaching abilities to inspire teams and partners.
• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in tools like EOS(Entrepreneurial Operating System), MS Office, and CRM platforms.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to influence, negotiate, and partner across functions.
• Willingness to travelup to 20% across the U.S.

Our strategy is to keep adding great-performing brands to our portfolio, so were not slowing down. Were headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, but really, were all over the map, with more than 400 franchise locations across North America.
