SV QC Material Handler

Summary of Job Duties: The Material Handler is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated task necessary for the receipt, storage and shipment of material.  This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging and transporting. Associate is responsible for the efficient flow of product from the point of receipt to internal and external customers                                                                                                                                        

Specific Job Duties:

1. Complete tasks- unloading, receiving, picking, stocking, shipping, quality control of product.
2. Maintain all necessary workflow procedures, including but not limited to company inventory management software (Navision) and company data bases.
3. Follow all GMP and SOP procedures
4. Support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of product – QC, Purchasing, Packaging, and Manufacturing.
5. Maintain condition of work area free of trash, product in correct location- Follow company safety policies.
6. Receive and move orders accurately in a timely and safe manner following company SOP and GMP procedures.
7. Operate forklift and other machinery as needed.   Trained by Threshold within 60 days of hire.
8. Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Required:

1. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs in a physical environment
2. Accurately performs multiple operational tasks assigned to a team member
3. Must have a valid California Driver’s License
4. Must be eighteen years of age
5. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes

Skills and/or Training Desired:

1. HS Diploma or GED Required
2. One year of experience working in a warehouse environment
3. Basic Math Skills
4. Time Management and organization skills
5. Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
