Description
Summary of Job Duties:
This position will support the Category Management team by providing administrative and coordination support. The Vendor Promotions Coordinator will coordinate all vendor ad and promotional submissions. Serve as a liaison between Category Managers, Vendors, Purchasing, and Sales team along with field questions from Management.
Specific Job Duties:
- Coordinating Off Invoice Promotion Entry and Tracking
- Assisting with Certificate of Insurance Renewals
- Providing Vendor Block assistance as well as performing Manufacturer Advertised Pricing Policy procedures
- Assisting with Vendor Ad Coordination: new item ads, catalog and newsletter ad coordination and maintenance with marketing
- Perform all Other tasks as assigned by Threshold Management
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Detail oriented
- Good MS skills with Superior Excel, Word, and Power Point Experience
- Must have strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while continuously Meeting deadlines
Skills and/or Training Desired:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Some College Preferred
- 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Must be able to work independently and execute tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and deliver results
