Client Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Promote clients’ products and services to customers, building brand awareness and customer loyalty
- Confidently explain product features and benefits, addressing any customer inquiries
- Report customer feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement
- Analyze key metrics and KPIs to help maximize sales and drive revenue
- Adhere to compliance standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts for clients
- Participate in team meetings to enhance customer service, sales, and leadership skills
- In-house training from our Senior Client Support team to ensure your success

- An entry-level role with no prior experience required
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles (preferred, but not required)
