- Utilize in-depth product knowledge, competitive market research, and effective sales strategies to close deals and outpace competitors.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive customer acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Representative team on new strategies, trends, and sales techniques to continually improve results.
- Monitor daily performance, set individual and team goals, and evaluate metrics to exceed client sales targets.
- Train alongside experienced consultants and senior client relations staff to sharpen your skills and learn best practices.
- Participate in virtual meetings and on-site sessions to stay updated on product launches, promotional strategies, and customer acquisition goals.
- Passionate, self-motivated, and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong public speaking and consultative sales skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or any client-facing role preferred.
- Reliable transportation to our Houston office.
