Mosaic House Clubhouse seeks a dynamic candidate who possesses the appropriate experience and / or work history in the mental healthfield. Candidates who are bilingual are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include working closely and effectively with staff and members to achieve the goals of the clubhouse while being committed to assisting individuals to achieve their personal outcomes.
Additional duties include coordinating and developing projects to increase member involvement, developing work opportunities for members, support and advocacy for members, as well as developing leadership opportunities to assist members with self-empowerment.
The hours for the full-time position at Mosaic House are Monday to Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm, with occasional Wednesdays until 6 : 00pm, occasional Saturdays and Holidays for special events.
- These are great work hours with most Holidays off and paid starting day one of employment for full time employees!!
Full time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid vacation and sick days as well as a 401(k) Plan.
