Residential Coordinator

Job Duties and Requirements:

· Review Billing Sheets at the end of each shift to ensure staff have logged shifts correctly

· Keep incidental money current and accurate

· Ensure receipts are attached to all cash expenditures with proper dates, client names, receipt amount, amount deposited, the petty cash slip is signed, etc.

· Check incidental money logs and other money logs and report any discrepancies to RSS immediately – Weekly

· Check grocery receipts and match them up with groceries in the house and report any discrepancies to RSS immediately – Weekly

· Review checkbooks, submit monthly and report any discrepancies to RSS immediately

· Review mileage logs and report any discrepancies to RSS immediately – Monthly

· Report vehicle maintenance – As needed to RSS

· Post and monitor house cleaning duties - Daily

· Document additions/deletions to client inventory in Solana – As needed

· Submit work orders to SS as needed

· Report UI’s/MUI’s according to DODD regulations & Threshold Policies

· Perform all duties of DSP

· Assisting the RSS with DSP scheduling of assigned home

· Other duties as assigned

· Grocery shopping as needed
