What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garden Center Bobcat Loader / Sales Associate position at Thress Nursery Gardens?
Thress Nursery Gardens is the premier Garden Center of Knoxville. We are currently searching for a full-time or part-time BOBCAT LOADER / SALES ASSOCIATE to join our team.
The hard-working BOBCAT LOADER / SALES ASSOCIATE will specialize in loading hard goods for customers, as well as assisting in plant material care, customer service, and general garden center upkeep.
We are looking for an individual who:
*Has weekend and weekday availability. Weekends are required.
*Has experience on a Bobcat loading machine, or similar.
*Can follow safe-practice requirements, following precise directions for loading.
*Has the physical ability to move plant material around and stand up most of the day, as well as tolerate Tennessee summers.
*Enjoys working with the public, as well as working with plants.
-Has retail experience, as well as customer service skills.
-Loves to be outside in all types of weather.
-Has knowledge or a desire to learn about our landscape plants- trees, shrubs, annuals, perennials, etc.
