Warehouse Sorter

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Pricer and Donation Sorter at our climate-controlled Hurst warehouse. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Sorting incoming donations and assessing item quality.
• Pricing items with precision.
• Conducting internet research on product values.
• Receiving donations from the public.
• Assisting with light warehouse duties.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants should have:

• Basic computer skills.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Prior experience in a thrift store.
• Warehouse or product stocking experience.
• Knowledge of clothing brands and market values.
• Familiarity with collectibles (e.g., glass, toys, memorabilia).
• Experience with online selling platforms (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Poshmark).

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive starting wage of $11 - $12/hour, dependent on skills, experience, and productivity. Performance evaluations and raises occur every 90 days. After six months, you’ll receive a guaranteed bonus of either $300 in store credit or $150 in cash. Additionally, your employee discount starts at 10% and increases to 25% after 90 days.
