Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, materials handling, and working with a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in back room retail store operations and be proficient in using equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload donations, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of donations.
- Perform sorting of orders with attention to detail to meet production managers specifications.
- Maintain an organized production area by properly sorting items to each station
- ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts
- Strong skills in donation handling with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Experience with sorting donations and hanging clothes in a retail store back room with a team setting is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
