Warehouse Worker

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our retail warehouse, ensuring that donations are received, stored, and shipped accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Duties

• Assist in the receiving and unloading of bagged and unbagged donations, ensuring accurate weights of donations.
• Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items safely within the warehouse.
• Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks to prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse by following inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

• Experience working under a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with package handling and order fulfillment processes is essential.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely within the warehouse environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective inventory control.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 45 per week
