Available Role: Sales Associate & Team Lead Sales Associate

At Mids Market, our Sales Associates play a crucial role as the face of our brand. They help maintain the store’s atmosphere while creating an engaging in-store experience for customers. If you're passionate about customer service, fashion, and social media, this could be your perfect role!

We love sharing our unique store experience online, so we look for staff who are comfortable creating and posting content on social media, tagging customers, and highlighting our products to grow our online presence. Employees are expected to post a minimum of three stories per day in coordination with other staff members.

Reliability & PunctualityPunctuality is crucial to keeping the store running smoothly. Our team members are expected to be reliable, arrive on time, and be ready to work each day.

Professional Work EnvironmentTo maintain focus and professionalism, we ask team members to limit personal device use during work hours. This helps ensure a top-notch experience for our customers and keeps the day running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Opening and closing the store
• Greeting all customers and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Actively managing social media accounts and posting content on behalf of the company
• Ensuring clothing displays are well-organized and visually appealing
• General cleaning duties (sweeping, dusting, maintaining bathrooms, etc.)
• Assisting with store events, including in-store programming and weekend markets (including setup, takedown, and providing assistance with vendor management and guest flow)
• Helping customers with store resources, such as the vinyl listening stations and rework area
• Assisting with inventory management (tagging, organizing, and stocking items)
• Team Lead: will manage scheduling of employees, inventory , and maintaining the store.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $14 per hour sales associate
• Hourly rate: $17 per hour for Team lead
• Employee Discount: All staff receive a 30% discount when shopping in-store
• Shifts: Part-time (4-hour shifts) or full-time (8-hour shifts)

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Experience with social media posting.
