As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from managing inventory and merchandise displays to providing exceptional customer service. If you have a sharp eye for trends, excellent communication skills, and a drive for success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of 20-25 associates to achieve sales and production goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Recruiting, training, and development of team members
- Set and maintain staff schedules
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Meet weekly production goals
- Budgeting and payroll
- Daily banking requirements
